Recruitment CRM migration: JobAdder → Spott

Moving a recruitment agency from JobAdder to Spott without losing years of candidate, client and job history.

The situation

Why it needed building.

A recruitment agency wanted to move to Spott. The risk with any migration is the same: lost notes, broken links between candidates and jobs, and a team that doesn’t trust the new system.

We ran the migration end to end, working closely with the client’s team, and made sure the history they rely on came across intact.
