Cold email that reads like a person wrote it.
We build the sending infrastructure, the lists and the sequences, then we run them. Your emails reach the inbox, speak to one real problem, and follow up until someone answers.
Everything it takes, handled.
You get a working system, not a to-do list. Here’s what’s included.
Separate sending domains, mailboxes on Google or Microsoft, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and warm-up, so your main domain stays safe.
We build lists from Sales Navigator, Apollo and Clay, filtered by role, size, location and hiring or growth signals.
AI research pulls a specific detail about each company, so every first line is about them, not you.
Under 100 words. One problem, one offer, one easy next step. No buzzwords, no attachments.
4–5 touches over two weeks, then a long-cycle follow-up for “not now” replies.
Reply rates by segment and subject line, A/B tests, and what we’re changing next.
Look inside a real sequence.
Four touches, fourteen days. The green fields are filled in per lead from research. Toggle them to see the finished email.
One part of a bigger system.
Email marketing works on its own, but it’s built to hand leads to the next step. Click any part to explore it.
Will this hurt my main domain’s reputation?
No. We send from separate, warmed-up domains and mailboxes, never from your main domain. If a sending domain has problems, it’s replaced without touching your business email.
Who writes the emails?
We do, with you. We learn how you talk about your work, draft the sequences, and you approve them before anything goes out.
Is cold email legal where my buyers are?
It depends on the market. For the UK and EU we build GDPR (and, in the Netherlands, Telecommunicatiewet) considerations into list-building and messaging from day one, and every email has a clear opt-out. This isn’t legal advice, but we’ll show you exactly what we do.
What happens when someone replies?
Replies are classified automatically (interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe). Positive ones go to your CRM and ping you instantly. “Not now” replies go into a long-term follow-up and the weekly newsletter.
